Incredibly well equipped deckhouseTarga sailing yacht with 2 foredays. Large genoa + self-tacking jib, plus a vertically battened furling gross in a high-quality Bamar rig - so you can sail really well on the wind!
To ensure that it goes quickly through the water, a 3-rotary-wing SPW propeller (the best of the best) is installed.
An 80m² gennaker, with all sheets, blocks, etc., makes the Moen finally complete – no matter what wind direction, whether weak wind or extremely reefed in strong winds (this is possible with furling gross and self-tacking jib).
The Moen is fully suitable for one-handed use and has already been sailed to Heligoland, through the Skagerrak and Kattegat or in the Mediterranean.
The powerful Yanmar HM35 was overhauled a few engine hours ago (receipts available), the underwater part of the saildrive was renewed and very important, what no one else does - the saildrive cuff was replaced - all others usually drive "still - for how long" with over 30 year old cuffs through the area.
Furthermore, all sea valves were renewed in elaborate work - stainless steel ASIS316
The Moen, has received a new very strong Webasto, so it can be sailed around Denmark in March even with a closed cake stall - in a T-shirt.
In warm weather, the cake stall is removed, the tarpaulin is removed from the Targa roof and the additionally newly installed hinged window in the fixed glass panorama front is opened.
If it gets even warmer, the cake stall can be converted into a shady bimini.
The galley is up port in the deckhouse. Unbeatable on a long trip anyway and at anchor or in the harbor is cooked with a sea view and not in the cellar.
The saloon, the bathroom, the cabins – even the aft cabins, have a solid wood finish that you can really find on old Scandinavian yachts. Hallberg-Rassy and even more so the modern ones are unlikely to be able to do so.
The ship is sold with a heavy heart due to enlargement.
