LOCATION: Split (Croatia)

DESCRIPTION: Sailing ship / yacht with motor (the motor is not installed yet).
Centennial of our ship "Nirvana" – approx. 37 meters (120 feet) - the largest traditional wooden sailing ship of the "Lugger" type in Croatia, intended for passenger multi-day cruises.
Width approx. 8 meters (26 feet).
Two masts, height 29 meters (95 feet) each.
The current weight AS-IS, i.e. not fully completed, is approximately 120 tons (When purchased it weighed approximately 250 tons).
Originally build in Genova Italy during 1921 (! 100 years !).

CURRENT STATUS/STAGE OF RESTORATION: Complete refurbishment (ship's hull and deck) was done during 2020/2024. Replaced at least 80% of all wooden parts (see images).
If we compare the current state of the renovation, we can guarantee that more than 50% of all the work needed to fully complete the ship has been done (we still need to finish the superstructure, cabins, installations, tanks, etc.).
The continuation of the works depends on the final purpose and/or according to the wishes of the buyer!

MOTOR / ENGINE: The price includes the engine purchased used (little used in excellent condition), Mitsubishi cca 500 HP. MOTOR NOT INSTALLED YET – USED 7000 HOURS.

PLANS FOR COMPLETITION: Plans for completion with all installations and engine and much of the equipment and cabin design are in our possession and the buyer gets them at the same time as the ship.

COMMERCIAL POTENTIAL: Once it is finished, it can easily be rented out during the season for 50.000 euros (fifty-thousand €) per week.

ON YOUR REQUEST: Hundreds of plans, additional documents, documented history 100 years back (Built in Genoa) images and videos available.
