BEAUTIFUL FALCON 92 IN PERFECT CONDITION READY AT THE BUOY
The FALCON 92 is an elegant and classic Motoryacht built in 1996 by CTM-Falcon, with the highest quality and construction standards, typical of this famous Italian shipyard, with both exterior and interior spaces typical of larger yachts. The yacht has undergone a major Refit in the last two years, the works have included the repainting of the hull, the installation of a new GRP Hard Top, a new teak deck, new preparation of the flybridge with new sundecks and large table, the installation of all the new on-board electronic package, a new air conditioning system in all rooms, the modification of the Vosper stabilizers to upgrade them to the "Zero Speed" system (Vosper/Naiad quote available) and many other interventions described in the accessories. A one-of-a-kind yacht, ready for the buoy.
The main works were painting of the dead work, new fiberglass hard top, new teak deck, new air conditioning system, new electronics, new Yacht Controller, new watermaker, new appliances, new tender ZAR 3 and new Seadoo Spark, new carpet.
After a complete refurbishment in 2022, this 92-foot yacht offers an exclusive experience for up to 10 guests on weekly cruises and up to 20 on daily cruises, with 4 spacious and elegantly designed cabins, including an owner's suite, a VIP suite, 2 flat-bed cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The yacht's interior boasts a classic design, offering maximum comfort to even the most demanding guests. The main deck features an open-plan dining and living area, perfect for socializing and relaxing, while the foredeck offers ample space for sunbathing.

A lot of work has been done to keep it in perfect condition at all times. Installed in summer 2023 a new ZERO Speed STABILIZER
The interiors are all in lacquered mahogany, the ciellini are covered in alcantara, the furniture is in lacquered mahogany like the walls. The cream carpet has recently been replaced.
Entering the main saloon, immediately on the starboard side, we find the staircase for access to the central engine room and the two aft guest cabins. In the living room there is a small cocktail table with an electronic keyboard built into the console. Towards the bow there are two sofas with tables and armchairs and a large television. Towards the bow, passing through the corridor on the left, there is the staircase to go up first to the helm deck and then to the flybridge, while going further forward there is the dining room with a comfortable table for 10 people and the staircase for access to the lower deck where the master cabin and the VIP cabin are located. This saloon leads to the large galley and the crew cabins are located in the bow.
On the lower deck, towards the stern, there are two guest cabins, one double and one twin with beds in the floors, both with en-suite bathroom and shower. On the lower bow deck we find the two largest cabins, the full-beam master cabin with double bathroom joined by the central shower. The VIP cabin in the bow, also full beam, has a large beam and is equipped with a large bathroom.

The bridge is amidships and has been completely upgraded by replacing all the electronics. From here, an electrically controlled door leads to the flybridge where the hard top has been replaced with a new GRP one. Also on the flybridge all the instrumentation has been replaced. At the beginning of summer it is planned to install teak on the entire flybridge.
Finally, from the main deck, two comfortable stairs lead to the beach where you can place your jet ski while sailing.
