The dinette welcomes with completely redone cushions and new padding, while in the forward cabin we find a comfortable custom-made topper. The environment is equipped with a freezer, Webasto heating system, 32-inch Samsung Smart TV with dedicated TV antenna and additional USB sockets for maximum livability on board. The boat is powered by an optional 60 horsepower Volvo engine with only 450 engine hours, combined with a Flexofold three-blade folding propeller. For maximum ease of maneuvering in port, there is a bow thruster equipped with joystick control. In terms of energy autonomy and plant engineering, the 50-litre Schenker watermaker, the Victron consumption control system, the 1,200 AH Victron inverter flanked by a second 300 AH inverter, a 205 Watt solar panel installed on the canopy and an additional additional solar panel stand out. Anchoring is entrusted to a 20 kg Delta anchor served by 50 meters of 10 mm stainless steel chain combined with 35 meters of galvanized chain. The equipment is completed by the new Selva 230 tender used only twice, powered by a Mercury 3.3 outboard. The boat stands out for the excellent financial formula in progress, which provides for the possibility of taking over a nautical lease expiring in January 2031, characterized by a residual capital of about 72,000 euros and a very low rent of 1,350 euros per month.
