We offer our beloved and well-maintained sailboat »Freckle« here.
It is a Nordship 28. The boat is a space miracle and despite the only 8.65m length and 2.75m width, it offers enough space for a family with two children (a total of 6 sleeping places). Due to the existing aft cabin, everyone has their separate sleeping area.
The boat has been set up by us in such a way that it is ideal for trips from port to port. Throughout the boat there are 220V sockets, USB ports and 12V sockets. The additional battery of 150Ah and a small solar cell ensure that there is enough voltage at sea to operate all the necessary devices.
For emergencies, when 220V is needed at sea for a short time, there is also a converter that converts the battery power into 220V.
To make life on board even more comfortable, a combi oven with an integrated microwave has been installed and a ceramic hob with two burners has been installed for cooking. A mini fridge is also integrated into the kitchen.
The built-in NANI motor has never let us down and always starts again immediately after winter storage.
All lines are led into the cockpit, so sailing is also possible on your own.
The headsail is equipped with a furling system. In addition, there is a quick-tacking jib for easier cruising. All sails, furling jib, quick-tacking jib and mainsail are in good condition.
The upper deck was overhauled and refurbished last winter. The sprayhood was overhauled by a sailmaker. The existing cake stall and sprayhood were thoroughly cleaned in 2023.
To make it easier to enter via the bow, a bowsprit with an extendable ladder and anchor bracket was added in 2023.
