I am offering for sale my APREAMARE 12 SEMICABINATO, a boat in excellent condition, close to new. This special model is fully equipped by the shipyard and features a large kitchen as well as a master cabin with a King Size bed. It is maintained by a sailor and has undergone a complete refit in January-March 2022.
Equipment and Renovations
The electronics are new since 2021 and all the lamps are LED. The teak deck was completely redone in 2017. The electronics were renewed in 2019, including the LED lamps, the water lights from 2020, as well as the new batteries from 2019. The tauds, bimini, and sunbed mattresses are also new. There are 2 new fridges from 2019 (interior and exterior).
Maintenance and Overhauls
The boat is up to date with antifouling and has undergone an engine revision. The hull has been repainted in its original dark green color, and the interior leather upholstery as well as the wooden strips have been replaced with original parts. The cost of these renovations exceeds €50,000, with invoices to support.
