This Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 is an owner’s version, with 3 cabins, in excellent condition, very well equipped and has never been chartered.
The Lucia 40 is in perfect condition and features a wide range of equipment designed to facilitate solo sailing and offshore cruising: bilge pump, Webasto heating, air conditioning, solar panels...
1 large owner’s cabin on the starboard side with a double bed, a desk, a toilet and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower.
2 guest cabins on the port side, each with its own en-suite bathroom comprising a toilet and shower.
This Lucia 40 has always been sailed with a small crew (solo or with family).
The antifouling was redone in May 2025 and the hull was polished at the same time.
