1 large owner's cabin to starboard with a double bed, desk, toilet and en-suite bathroom with separate shower.
2 guest cabins to port, each with its own en-suite bathroom including toilet and shower.
This Lucia 40 has always been sailed with a small crew (solo or with the family).
The antifouling was redone in May 2025 and the hull was polished at the same time.
