What characterizes this boat the most is its space. At just over 10 metres, it offers three cabins and a bathroom. The saloon is spacious and the headroom is 1.90 m. Thanks to its ideal length and great manoeuvrability, it is the perfect model for beginners in sailing. Its mainsail is furled, allowing a single person to operate the sails from the cockpit.
It is equipped with solar panels, a wind turbine (to be overhauled) and a barbecue on deck.
The hull, sails and engine are in good condition, which is essential for a boat. The valves were changed in 2023. The used engine overhauled by Volvo in 2017.
Before visiting the boat, you should know that there are a few things to repair: two planks of the interior floor are deformed, some wall coverings need to be replaced, it seems that water has seeped in through a hoop, and some trunk lids and the chart table need to be screwed back on.
On deck, part of the stern requires a repair of the fiberglass. A few halyards need to be replaced. Bridge stops also need to be replaced.
These are small repairs that, if you do them yourself, leave the boat in good condition, which explains the lower price than normal.
