ÇA IRA is a 5.50-metre Z’TOON daysailer built in 2024 by LE GRAND LARGUE in Saint-Briac, France, and designed by renowned naval architect Guillaume Verdier in collaboration with Jeremy Palmer. Developed as a prototype, she features an integral lifting keel and has been customised for her owner, notably with a reduced mast height and sail area. Presented in near-new condition with very limited use, she reflects a modern and technical approach to small yacht design.

Constructed in plywood epoxy for the hull, deck, and superstructure, ÇA IRA combines lightness and structural integrity. With a displacement of 730 kg and 182 kg of ballast, she is designed for responsive handling. Her twin rudders and lifting centreboard further enhance control, while her compact dimensions (2.53 m beam and approximately 0.50 m draft) make her a versatile and accessible sailing platform.

Her rig includes an 8.80-metre aluminium mast and boom, stainless steel standing rigging, and DYNEEMA running rigging. She is equipped with a complete ALL PURPOSE sail set, including a 10.83 m² mainsail and an 8.07 m² self-tacking jib with furling system, offering a total sail area of 18.90 m² both upwind and downwind. Deck equipment includes two winches and six jammers, ensuring efficient sail handling.

Powered by a Honda outboard engine, ÇA IRA also comes with basic mooring equipment including a 7 kg anchor and 20 metres of chain. Transportable (trailer not included), she represents an innovative evolution in the small sailing yacht segment, combining performance with refined design and modern lines.
