Pioneer 9 – designed by Van de Stadt.
Robust ocean-going cruiser with long-distance cruising potential. Strongly dimensioned hull and rig. This type of boat has already crossed both the Atlantic and the Pacific – even by single-handed sailors.

The boat is equipped with a newer, freshwater-cooled Beta diesel engine, installed since 2011, as well as a newer set of sails, in addition to three extra headsails.

The boat is equipped with windlass and CQR anchor with chain. It can be heated with a small wood-burning stove made of stainless steel. Shroud tensioners and the like made of gunmetal.

Galley with two-burner Origo stove, gimbal-hung. Rinse with fresh water from the tank via foot pump. Berths are equipped with sea belts.

In the main cabin, a double berth can be set up on request. There are 2 berths in the forward cabin. The main cabin offers a children's berth, an adult berth and a dog berth (side aisle berth). The cushions of all berths are intact. 6 wall cabinets. Sea toilet. Movable cabin table.

Sailor VHF radio. Sonar. Simrad self-steering system (bracket on the tiller must be mounted). Compass. Position lights and lighting in the cabin. Life preserver. Life raft (registration period expired).

The engine runs excellently and was last serviced in May 2025, including oil change, filter, impeller and sacrificial anode. The boat was ashore in June 2025, was newly painted antifouling and received a new sacrificial anode on the propeller shaft.

There may be a possibility for a berth in Svendborg until May 2026.
