Unique houseboat built on three levels with a basement/lower floor, according to the same principle as the Aquavillas at Pampa's Marina.
Entrance floor with space for kitchen, living room/dining area and WC. Exit to the rear sundeck through a 3 meter wide glass section.
Lower floor with 2 bedrooms, bath/shower. There is also the possibility of setting up a laundry room if needed.
Upper floor with bedroom and exit to a terrace/balcony of 19m2.
