This extraordinary luxe engine was built in 1927 at the Norderwerft shipyard in Hamburg as a port and coastal supply vessel or tanker. Between 1990 and 2010, the extensive conversion to a year-round residential ship took place. The ship was completely insulated and used as a main residence for many years.

With a length of around 20 meters and a width of 4.20 meters, the ship offers an impressive amount of space. The spacious saloon measures about 5 × 4 meters and is supplied with plenty of daylight by a large, double-glazed mahogany skylight. In addition, there is a bedroom of about 3 × 4 meters, a guest chamber with double bed, a captain's cabin, a galley and two sanitary areas.

A Kabola oil heating system with 10 kW, a 120-litre hot water tank and underfloor heating in the salon and bedroom provide pleasant living comfort. Bamboo parquet creates a warm and homely atmosphere in the living rooms. In addition to a bathroom with bathtub, there is another bathroom with an electric toilet, shower and sink on the main deck.

The energy supply is supported by a photovoltaic system with 1.5 kW, a LiFePO₄ storage system and two sine wave inverters. In addition, there is a wind generator with 600 watts on the electrically folding mast. A 230-volt supply is available on board throughout the area.

The ship, which is ready to sail and registered as a sports boat, is powered by a robust Hanomag-Henschel six-cylinder diesel engine with 230 hp. The engine was installed second-hand in 2012. The engine and transmission have received a fresh oil change. The steering is provided by a hydraulic rudder system.

The aft deck is protected by a PVC tarpaulin with windows. Sun areas are located on the fore and upper deck. A deck shower, a washing machine and numerous other equipment details underline the suitability as a permanent living ship.

According to the owner, the ship has been regularly presented for inspection in a shipyard and has recently been repainted. It will be handed over with extensive tools, reserve material, two electric reserve toilets and a steel dinghy with a 3.6 hp outboard.
