The existing annual berthing arrangement may be continued by the buyer through a new agreement, subject to Creek Developments’ approval and the marina’s terms and conditions. This offers a practical route to keeping ARNIE at Creek Marina after purchase. It is an annual berthing licence, not ownership of a berth. Annual marina fees remain payable separately.
