2006 Hanse 400e in epoxy resin, powered by a 40 HP Yanmar engine with saildrive, available for visits. The boat has undergone constant maintenance and major upgrade work in recent years, making it ready for sailing. In 2024, the cushions and curtains in the dinette were replaced. In 2025, the on-board instrumentation was completely updated with Raymarine Axiom 9 at the wheelhouse and Axiom 7 in the cockpit, also installing new NMEA wiring. In the same year, the saildrive membrane and all the saltwater pipes of the engine were replaced, a new jib roller drum was installed, the hull was brought to zero and a Starfurl boom by Veleria Viganò in Kevlar carbon with rolling system and a new mainsail were mounted. In 2026, the vang, 75 meters of galvanized anchor chain, sprayhood, bimini and engine heat exchanger were replaced.
The boat is equipped with weather radar, bowsprit and has four winches in the cockpit as well as two winches on the deckhouse. The sail plan includes a new mainsail, a 105% jib in excellent condition, a self-tacking jib in good condition and a gennaker that has never been used, also in excellent condition. The interior, finished in light wood, offers a configuration with three cabins and two bathrooms. The aft bathroom is equipped with a separate shower cubicle and electric toilet, while the forward bathroom has a manual toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a black water tank. The general condition of the hull is good, with some surface scratches without structural relevance. The teak of the external walkways is worn, while that of the cockpit is in good condition. Thanks to the numerous maintenance interventions and major upgrades carried out in recent years, this Hanse 400e represents a reliable boat, well equipped and ready to face new navigations.
