This Predator 60 is a stunning boat.
Single owner, used exclusively for day trips and kept in impeccable condition. This Lady truly does NOT show her age; the interior looks like it was delivered yesterday, the exterior is pristine, and the engine room is worthy of a life long deal signature.
The list of work done is very long, and we'd be happy to share it in detail. Suffice it to say that the boat is now being delivered: all systems have been serviced at a deep level, heat exchangers have just been overhouled, hull and zinc plating has been replaced, the steering system has been completely renewed, seacocks and fittings have been new.
It will be a pleasure to deliver such a summer ready vessel.
The unit is "just right."
But the model is... absolutely right!
-> How she looks like:
It's called a "60," but that's not true. It's a 20-meter open-class vessel, with a hard top that cleverly covers the whole cockpit. Which is the real highlight of this boat; it's perfect! I don't think it could have been designed any better, given its simplicity. Plenty of open deck space, a galley area, a huge dining area, and a large sundeck covering the garage. It houses a good 3.1m tender with an aluminum hull!
The aft sundeck is shaded by an electric extendable awning, with support arms in case of wind.
The bow is loooong and has an excellent sundeck.
The cushions? Like new.
-> How she does perform:
Talking to the Captain who delivered it, he told us, "We've sailed a couple of boats over the years, but I'd like this one for myself! Great progression when revving, no dead spots. It cruises nicely at 20 knots, as well as at 26. Top speed is 33 knots, and I couldn't find a single flaw. Gorgeous."
-> The interiors:
Going downstairs, the living area is almost too much: a huge American-style kitchen with a refrigerator and a new washer/dryer, and a large dinette opposite. The VIP cabin is forward, the owner's cabin is in the center, and the guest cabin is on the starboard side. All cabins are large, more than comfortable, and have en-suite bathrooms.
What's missing?
- A gyro stabilizer. But with a 20-meter boat and such a low center of gravity, it's certainly not necessary. And "that time" on these dimensions, it really wasn't used. If you wanted to install one, there's no problem; there's plenty of space, and there's too a large generator to power it simultaneously with everything else.
- The boat has no crew cabin. And that's the best part! We hope the new owner will also be captain, because it's the perfect boat to enjoy with family and friends. For those who will use it as an annex to the villa, with a skipper and stewardess, the interior accommodation space is so generous that your staff will thank you.
This Vessel is:

- Well maintained

NOT TO MISS.
