It is a catamaran with optimized space designed by Eric Roger.
This model is designed for rental, but also to take full advantage of sailing and make it profitable, or simply to live on board: the choice is yours.
4 cabins and two toilets with electric pump.
The spaces are bright and well-laid out for easy mobility, allowing you to stay in touch with your passengers while cooking or flying. Various independent spaces are also available: a sundeck at the front, a flybridge and an outdoor table.
All the navigation is centralized at the helm, but the electronics and engine are separated from the sail controls, which makes sailing very comfortable. Visibility is excellent. This smart catamaran offers the possibility of being piloted from the outer screen, the inner screen or manually.
The outside cockpit is spacious and has a table and seating for all passengers. At the back, a gas hob allows you to cook fresh fish or any other dish of your choice. The dinghy is secured by davits.
The port engine was replaced last year, hence the 40 hours.
The boat is built with quality materials and is completely ready to sail. (6th list)
