The Holland Houseboat is functionally laid out (multiple Layouts possible, see pdf attachment). Standard features include a generous fully equipped kitchen, a fully installed spacious bathroom, two double bedrooms, infrared floor heating and electric radiators in bedroom, a front terrace (8m2) with stainless steel swimming ladder and a sunken roof terrace. The exterior can be finished in a color of your choice.
The window frames are made of Plastic with HR++ glazing.

The roof terrace has a stainless steel railing.

As an option, the boat can be expanded with a Sailing Package; (49,750.00 euros)
The sailing package consists of a 40HP outboard engine including steering console on the front deck, a bow thruster, cameras, 480 L fresh water tank, 480 L holding tank, pump, battery with charger and inverter, mooring lines and navigation lights.

Sustainability package (from €7,600.00).
This consists of solar panels, with batteries needed to make the houseboat self-sufficient for 2 days, a heat pump and air conditioning.
