Beneteau Excess 12 from 2021 – in excellent condition – available for visits to San Vincenzo (LI). Boat in the 4 cabins + 4 bathrooms version with sailor cabin, maintained with great care and a folding table (convertible into two beds) in the dinette. The engines have been regularly serviced every year. The boat is equipped with new bow cushions and sundeck on the roof (2025), solar panels dedicated to services and additional panels dedicated exclusively to powering a powerful inverter, which allows 220V to be available at all times through two internal power sockets. Among the options is the Code Zero sail. Service batteries were replaced in March 2025. Several improvements have also been made, including blackout curtains in the dinette, awnings in the cockpit and ambient lights in the retractable cockpit. The boat is equipped with rope cutters on both propellers, seacock already prepared for the installation of a desalination system and wheelhouses equipped with removable cabins with transparent panels to allow comfortable handling even in case of cold and rain. The equipment is completed by the tender with aluminum keel and Honda 10 hp outboard engine both from 2023, the carbon gangway, the safety equipment, the connection to the mainland and the CD player.

The engines have been serviced regularly every year. The boat is fitted with new bow cushions and a new sun deck on the roof (2025), solar panels dedicated to the electrical systems, and additional panels dedicated exclusively to powering a powerful inverter, which ensures that 220V is always available via two internal sockets. Optional extras include a Code Zero sail. The service batteries were replaced in March 2025. The boat is fitted with propeller guards on both propellers, a sea water intake already prepared for the installation of a desalination system, and wheelhouses equipped with removable cabins featuring transparent panels to ensure comfortable navigation even in cold and rainy conditions. The equipment is rounded off by a tender with an aluminium keel and a 10 CV Honda outboard motor, both from 2023, a carbon fibre gangway, safety equipment, a shore power connection and a CD player.
