During his journey, he was able to count on expert technical support from Neo Marine, in La Rochelle during the handover, then in Martinique for technical optimization and logistical support, essential to meet the challenges of demanding offshore navigation.
The design of the Nautitech 40 Open invites freedom. The interior space opens generously to the outside thanks to the signature Open Concept layout, creating a fluid, bright living space, where the cockpit becomes a real extension of the saloon. The materials are of quality, the atmosphere is warm, designed to last.
With its 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms, "La Luna" offers remarkable comfort. Each cabin is equipped with memory foam mattresses, top-of-the-range pillows, USB and 230V sockets, and full textile equipment. All the energy on board is carefully managed to guarantee total autonomy: 1720W of rigid solar panels, 4 x 200Ah lithium batteries, Victron Smart 3000W converter, Victron and Victron 700 BMV Battery monitor + bluetooth chargers, 100L/h watermaker with HP pump in Italian ceramic... Each system has been designed so that "La Luna" can live at sea without dependence.
On the navigation side, the boat is equipped with all the latest generation B&G electronics: three 9" Zeus plotters, B&G 4G radar, autopilot with dedicated backup, AIS transmitter/receiver, fixed + portable VHF wireless, Navionics Europe, Caribbean, Americas charts, and all the sensors necessary for reliable, precise and secure navigation.

Offshore safety is at the heart of the design: EPIRB, Plastimo 6 PAX life raft, 6 Plastimo Evo165 vests, two of which have MOB1 beacons + 2 Plastimo SLR196 vests with MOB1 beacon, numerous fire extinguishers, alarms for the presence of water in the holds, waterproof LED torch, complete first aid kits, waterproof binoculars, Grab bags with additional flare, water, Portable VHF, lifelines... Nothing has been left to chance.
