XBOAT ref :5903.Rare on the market, the "ILES SOUS LE VENT" yacht from the Tournier shipyard in SOUBISE (17), built in 1997, with a long keel and a ballasted daggerboard (2.20m / 1.20m), lead ballast, rigged as a schooner and equipped with 2 aft double cabins, a large central saloon with a single berth on the starboard side + a REFLEKS diesel stove to be serviced, and a workshop at the bow.
The through-hulls, valves, and bilge pumps were replaced in 2017.
The sails are new or recent, the engine and propeller shaft were changed in 2019.
The electrical panel was entirely refurbished in 2019, and the boat is equipped with recent batteries featuring a Victron BMV 702 monitor (2 x service batteries 140 A/h 2022 + 1 engine battery 90A/h 2023), a Mastervolt Ivo compact 12/53-3 charger with shore power inlet, and photovoltaic panels on the aft platform.
Full electronics with a Humminbird Helix 9 chartplotter from 2018 on the chart table and in the cockpit.
Dometic 2-burner stove (2017), 300L fresh water, electric toilet 2024, black water tank, Isotemp water heater, CD player.
Offshore rigging with a BOMBARD 8-person survival raft from 2010 (last serviced in 2023), a 60-meter primary anchor + secondary anchor, a Maxell HRC 10 electric windlass from 2018 with a hand-held remote and cockpit control.
