We are selling our high-quality houseboat, a LivingBoat 85, built in 2012/13 by the BaltiCat shipyard in Germany in epoxy yacht construction. 16 m long, 8 m wide, 85 m² living space, plus 3 terraces with a total of around 50 m². New price in this configuration: 590,000 €.
We love the spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with the wide window sills to sit on and the wide view of the Schlei - openly connected to the high-quality organic fitted kitchen in alder solid wood.
