Dufour Yachts 325 from 2009, 2 cabins and 1 bathroom version in excellent general condition. Very well-kept boat. The sailing equipment consists of 130% mainsail and genoa both from 2016 and in excellent condition, with UV band of the genoa replaced in 2025 and new Lazy Bag from 2026. On board 4 Harken 32.2 ST Self-Tailing two-speed winches, with sheets and halyards progressively replaced between 2023 and 2026. The sprayhood deck, rudder cover and table cover from 2025 and a beautiful cockpit teak kept in excellent condition complete the deck. Equipped with Quick electric anchor windlass with double control, one in the anchor locker and one below deck, and 80 meters of new chain installed in 2025.
The electronic instrumentation on board includes Raymarine p70 autopilot with remote control for remote control, Raymarine ST60+ Tridata for depth, speed and distance, Raymarine ST60+ Wind for wind data, Garmin GPS 152, Garmin 100i VHF with DSC and JVC car radio with Bluetooth, CD and USB. The electrical system was completely renewed in 2026 with two 75Ah AGM service batteries each, a 75Ah AGM motor battery and an additional 55Ah AGM battery dedicated to the safety of the instrumentation, all managed by the Totimar PSA-480 Electronic Protection system that manages the main and emergency power supply with voltage monitoring and low voltage signaling, as well as a small solar panel of about 30W for maintenance. Below deck we find SeaFlo electric toilet with 50-liter black water tank, hot water boiler operating both with motor and shore current, electric and manual bilge pump. For safety on board, there are GME MT400 series EPIRBs at 406 MHz, currently expired, and 3 portable fire extinguishers. In 2026, all seacocks were replaced, including that of the engine cooling circuit. The Yanmar 3YM20 engine is about 4,700 hours old but, despite the hours, it is in excellent operating and maintenance condition, it always starts at the first shot, has no oil leaks and regularly reaches the maximum rpm set by the manufacturer.
