This Saba 50 Maestro / OCEANVOLT from Fountaine Pajot is something special, the first electrically powered catamaran built by Fountaine Pajot. After seven years of trouble-free operation, the OCEANVOLT propulsion system, which has proven itself in long-distance ship operations, offers safe energy self-sufficiency and emission-free, quiet manoeuvring. The photovoltaic system, which is dimensioned with 3 KW/P, generates plenty of electricity and on shady days, the encapsulated Fischer Panda generator ensures the necessary energy supply. Created in collaboration with Berret/Racoupeau, this design with modern lines offers plenty of light in the open living spaces. Large windows in the saloon and hulls provide brightness and a pleasant feeling of space below deck. In four cabins and the saloon there is plenty of space for guests and family. The outdoor area offers attractive living and relaxation spaces with the fully closable cockpit and the spacious lounge area on the upper deck. Steering is done with a good overview from the elevated helm station, in front of which is the trim area with all halyards, sheets and reefing lines relevant for single-handed sailing.
