The Soleil 20 presented by Salpa, a shipyard with a solid tradition in the field of fiberglass boats, which since 2016 has decided to diversify production by successfully venturing also in the inflatable boat sector: after the 23rd, 28th and 33rd, here is the new "little one" of the range, a 5.95 meters long inflatable boat (6.40 overall) and 2.55 meters wide. The hull is in white fiberglass, while the tubulars, 58 cm, are gray. The single step hull and the front part of the boat, with an almost vertical cut bow, favors gliding optimization even at low speeds. For the benefit of comfort, there are two sundecks: one at the bow, the other, modular, at the stern. The engine provides the possibility of driving without a license, using 40 hp outboards, but it is also possible to adopt engines of higher power: the shipyard considers the power of 70 horsepower advisable, but the hull is able to withstand higher thrusts, up to 140 hp. In this case, the performance would reach exciting peaks, also due to the lightness of the boat, which does not exceed 650 kg, net of the loads represented by the anchor and the petrol tanks (90 liters) and water (30).
